Anil Pagar
 Anil is the founder, Managing Director and CEO of SpadeWorx Software Services. He is a Bachelor’s of Computer Science and Technology, followed by a Masters in Computer Engineering.
Anil began his career in 1989 with stints at Informatics, IBM and Hewlett Packard. With acumen of Product and Technology Development, Anil has been instrumental in churning several middleware and backend products currently implemented at several Fortune 500 companies.
Anil in his career has had an exceptional track record of establishing flourishing business units from ground up. He has a strong technology foresight with the capability to flex technology to suit business demands and usage.
Anil has received several awards and accolades for his innovative product ideas and IP disclosures. He has presented his papers and views on varied topics in industry consortiums and seminars globally and has been a guest lecturer at renowned engineering colleges.

Mandar Bhagwat
 Mandar is the co-founder & Director - Products and Services of SpadeWorx Software Services. He is a Bachelor’s of Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University followed by a Masters in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani, India.
Mandar began his career in 1994 with stints at Tata Infotech, Finite States Inc., Computer Horizons Corp, and Hewlett Packard.
With first-hand experience and know-how of delivering enterprise class technology solutions to global customers, Mandar has been instrumental in setting up technology and delivery excellence centers he has spearheaded the technology management groups for apt business planning and customer relationships.
Mandar has acumen to understand changes in technology landscapes and to define a strategy for businesses and enterprises to leverage these changes to capitalize on the market opportunities to create competitive edge. He has presented on various technical topics at internal and industry organized conferences such as Enterprise Architecture Practitioner’s conference, Microsoft TechEd and Microsoft PDC. |

Jitendra Wase
 Jitendra is the co-founder and Director Operations and Delivery of SpadeWorx Software Services. He is a Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication followed by Post Graduate Diploma in Telecom Management from Symbiosis, Pune.
Jitendra began his career in 1993 with stints at Global Electronic Commerce Services, Cap Gemini, iGate(Mascot Systems) and Hewlett Packard.
With proficiency in B2B, EDI, Account Management and Sales and Marketing, he has worked in domains such as retail, manufacturing, auto and telecom.
Jitendra has hands-on understanding of development and quality processes, with his fervor for detailing he has setup and ramped-up offshore development centers in record times. His ability to understand customer needs and resolve them with best fit solutions giving them competitive advantage has won him accolades and appreciation from customers. |
Shekhar Dhongade
 Shekhar is Chief Operating Officer - Americas region of Spadeworx Software Services Inc. He is responsible for customer relationship, business development, alliance partnerships and overall operations in the Americas region.
He comes with over 15 years of experience in diverse areas ranging from manufacturing, materials management to ERP consulting, extended supply chain solutions and eCommerce platforms. He has worked with customers in engineering, automobile, discrete manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods. Shekhar comes on board from Hewlett-Packard Co. where he was responsible for delivering Applications outsourcing services.
At HP he led several new initiatives through Advanced Technology Group namely collaborative commerce solutions in Microsoft .Net servers, Information Security and HIPAA services, EDI consulting services. Prior to HP, Shekhar has been instrumental in launching a start-up venture conceptualizing and building extended supply chain applications delivered in a hosted ASP environment.
Shekhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University and is based out of Cupertino, California. |
