- Viva Insights: Viva Insights can be accessed in MS Teams and consists of three different dashboards. For employees, it helps them take time and schedule breaks, also stay connected with their colleagues.For managers, it provides privacy-protected, data-driven recommendations and insights to promote healthy, productive teams. For leaders, Viva Insights addresses complex tasks by shedding light on organizational trends and work patterns. Using organizational network analysis, a leader can identify the solidity and collaboration across teams.
- Viva Learning: Viva Learning focuses on the company’s internal development. Here, employees can find and share everything from microlearning content to training courses. Managers can also find tools to assign courses and track their completion to promote a learning culture. Viva Learning is a focal point for learning in Team, with AI recommendations for the right subject at the right time. It collects content from different learning content providers and works with leading learning-management systems.
- Viva Topics: With Viva Topics, you can utilize your organization’s knowledge and connect employees to that knowledge in the applications they use. Viva Topics automatically organizes company-wide expertise and content into related categories. It also includes topic cards, and when employees click on a card, the relevant topic page is shown with videos, documents, and associated people. Besides, Viva Topic brings information from third-party services like Salesforce and ServiceNow and integrates with other partners.
