SpadeWorx provided an analytics platform with integration with various data points such as SAP and HRMS systems along with Microsoft BI server to provide visibility in HR data across units and geographies including headcount analysis, global distribution, hiring trend, attrition rate, cost, headcount for BU/gender.
Solution enabled user to slice-n-dice data using rich interactive charts. HR data from SAP is pulled into MSBI solution and then using Pivot views the interactive charts were displayed on user’ desktop.
